Questions we get asked a lot...
What time can I check-in/check-out?
Check-in and check-out at our resort is a breeze! All we need from you are your travel details and identification, then we’ll take it from there. Soon enough, you can start exploring all that our destination has to offer!
If you arrive before or want to extend your stay beyond check-out time, please make yourself comfortable in our on-site restaurant or one of our hanging daybeds. Check-in begins after 2pm and check out is before 10am.
How can I get my clothes washed?
If you’re looking to keep your clothes clean and pressed during your stay, our onsite laundry service is perfect for you. Ask any of our staff members about this when you check in, and we’ll be more than happy to give you all the information you need. This way, you can focus on enjoying yourself while we take care of everything else.
Is there a restaurant close by?
At Kirana restaurant, we provide a wide variety of mouth watering dishes! With something to satisfy every appetite, our friendly staff are more than happy to help you find the ideal meal.
