To get a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before you’re due to arrive.
You can also get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking, but only if that’s 14 days or more before your arrival date.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before arriving, you will get 50% refund for the cost of the entire stay.
If you cancel less than 7 days before you’re due to arrive, and there’s no refund—you’ll be charged the full (100%) amount.
No-shows: If you don’t show up for your booking on the day that your reservation started on, expect to be billed the full (100%) cost of your stay.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used when booking. It generally takes up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
This timeline is a guideline, not a guarantee, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider. But rest assured, we act promptly to initiate the refund from our end.
For all cancellations, please contact [email protected] or the website where you booked (e.g. booking.com, Airbnb).
